The faculty members conceptualize and execute independent, collaborative & interdisciplinary researchprojects (funded and non-funded) apart from supervising research work of PhD scholars and research studies for submission of dissertations as part of the MPhil course. The faculty profiles as well as the descriptions of various units within the department provide additional information on the nature of research themes nurtured by the department.
