Mission
Establish state-of-the-art facilities for
- diagnosis of bacterial, fungal and parasitic infections of the Central Nervous System.
- diagnosis of non-infectious diseases of the Central Nervous System.
- diagnosis of Hospital acquired infections.
Manpower development in the area of Neuroinfections, Neuroimmunology and Hospital acquired infections.
Frame guidelines and policies for prevention of community acquired and Hospital acquired infections
To establish collaboration with various interdisciplinary institutes and work towards one health concept.
To strengthen and upgrade the bio bank to encourage research.
Objectives
To provide timely, quality assured standard and round the clock diagnostic services.
