The theme for this year is "1 in 4 adults will have stroke, but being active can help decrease your risk".
Today on the eve of World Stroke Day 2020 lets all pledge to stay active by spending at least 30 minutes a day for physical activity whether its walking, jogging, Yoga, Dance and stay fit to reduce our risk for Stroke.
Dr. G Gururaj, Director highlights the importance of the role of each stakeholder of the community including people, health professionals, Organisations and politicians to come together and work towards prevention of Stroke.
