Welcome to the College of Nursing, NIMHANS Website.
The College of Nursing was started with the approval of the Ministry of Health and Family Welfare on 24.02.2006.We offer a 4 year B.Sc. nursing degree programme. A commitment to excellence in teaching, research, service and leadership is the essence of our programme. The primary objective of the college is to provide quality education in the field of nursing service and administration.
Our faculty continue to grow in stature by contributing to practice based research and innovative methods of teaching.
The college of nursing intends to prepare graduates to assume responsibilities as professional, competent nurses and midwives in providing promotive, preventive, curative and rehabilitative services both in the hospital & community set up and also to assume roles as teacher, supervisor, manager & researcher.
