NIMHANS celebrated its 41st Institute Day Celebrations, on 13th February, 2015.The Chief Guest for the event was Mr.Venu Srinivasan, Chairman and Managing Director, TVS Motor Company and Professor. Dinesh Bhugra, Professor of Mental Health and Diversity at the Institute of Psychiatry at King's College London. Prof. P. Satish Chandra, Director/Vice-Chancellor, NIMHANS presided over the function. It was on this day that Professor. Dinesh Bhugra, Professor of Mental Health and Diversity at the Institute of Psychiatry at King's College London. declared the launch of new NIMHANS website. Mr.Venu Srinivasan, Chairman and Managing Director, TVS Motor Company and Professor Dinesh Bhugra, Professor of Mental Health and Diversity at the Institute of Psychiatry at King's College London presented distinguished service awards various staff of the institute. Diplomas were awarded to students who cleared their post-doctoral fellowships and diploma course certificates and degrees to nursing graduates. The event was followed by tea and cultural program put up by students of the institute.
