T S Srinivasan Foundation
T.S.Srinivasan Foundation set up by the TVS Group in June 2014. The TVS Group of Companies entered into a Memorandum of Understanding with NIMHANS to create T.S.Srinivasan Foundation Endowment. Under this endowment a number of activities listed below shall be carried out by NIMHANS:
- Creation of a Chair in the Department of Clinical Neurosciences.
- Conducting an annual T.S.Srinivasan – NIMHANS knowledge conclave symposium in February of every year.
- Two Post Doctoral Fellowships in Clinical NeuroSciences, one for Neuro critical care and the other to support research of the T.S.Srinivasan Chair in Clinical Neurosciences.
- Research bursaries for five Ph.D Clinical Neuroscience students annually to be awarded on a competitive basis.
The Memorandum of Understanding signed by the TVS group for creation of T.S.Srinivasan Endowment shall be in force for the next five years.
