Circulation section
Circulation section is the heart of library and Information Centre at NIMHANS. It is one of the important section mainly deals with general queries and enrolment of the Students, Staff, Research Scholars and Faculty members. The section performs the responsibility of issuing Library Membership Card, lending books and No Due Certificate to its Members. This Section also provides Inter Library Loan facility as per the request made by concerned users.
Book section
General section which houses of all the books, thesis, reports etc. Books in this section are issued with duration of 14 days to library members.
Reference section
Reference section which is a house of new arrivals, important and rare materials, dictionaries, almanacs, encyclopaedias etc. Books from this section are issued for reference purpose only.
Cyber hall
The service of the Internet Centre is being availed by the Faculty, Researchers and Students of NIMHANS. There is a steady increase in the number of users. The service of Internet is available between 8 a.m. to 9.15 p.m.
Reading hall
It is open for the Students, Faculty members, NIMHANS staff, Research Scholars etc., as members of the library can bring their own personal books for individual study.
