The Infosys Foundation Dharmashala (IFD)

Managed by the Sri Venkateshwara Dharmashala Committee (SVDC), the IFD offers essential accommodation services for caregivers of outstation patients.

Key Features

• Facility is only available for outstation patient's caregivers.
• Rooms & dormitory are allotted to applicants on a first-come, first-served basis.
• R.M.O, NIMHANS & Member SVDC are authorized by the SVDC to allot rooms.

Room Tariff

• Room Tariff is Rs.400/- per day & Rs. 500/- per day for stay exceeding one month.
• Dormitory tariff is Rs.20/- per person per day. Children below 12 years are exempted from dormitory fee.
• 10 days room tariff is collected as advance on the date of allotment.
• A maximum of 125 persons are permitted to stay in the five dormitories together.

Eligibility and Requirements

• Rooms & dormitories will be allotted only on the written recommendation of a Resident or Consultant.
• This facility is meant for patient's attendants, not for patients. Under special circumstances, patients may stay if serious medical needs are not required.

Facilities

• Dormitories have a common kitchenette with electric stoves and a utensil washing facility for dormitory inmates only.
• LPG (gas) cooking is strictly prohibited in both the Dormitory Kitchenette and rooms for safety reasons.

• All in-mates of IFD are kindly requested to help maintain high standards of campus cleanliness.
• Smoking & alcohol consumption are strictly prohibited on this campus.
