NIMHANS has adopted the Integrity Pact (IP) for procurements exceeding a threshold limit of ₹2.5 crore to ensure transparency, equity, and competitiveness in public procurement. The Integrity Pact includes a panel of Independent External Monitors (IEMs) approved by the Central Vigilance Commission (CVC). These IEMs are tasked with independently and objectively reviewing all procurements that meet the criteria defined under the threshold limit, as well as resolving any disputes between the Institute and the bidder or contractor in IP tenders.
