Exemption of Hospital Levy Charges for BPL and Indigent Patients: In recognition of the challenges faced by marginalized communities, NIMHANS exempts Below Poverty Line (BPL) and indigent patients from hospital levy charges. This initiative aims to ensure equitable access to mental healthcare services, irrespective of patient's economic circumstances.

Free Drug Counter: The Free Drug Counter initiative provides essential medications to over 600 individuals daily, free of cost. By removing financial barriers to treatment, NIMHANS helps patients to prioritize their health and well-being without financial strain.
