IVRS Based Telephone Outpatient Services
NIMHANS is introducing the IVRS based telephone outpatient follow up services from 6th May 2020 for patients who have previously received treatment at NIMHANS.
Patients who have consulted previously with NIMHANS can dial this number.

After dialing, they can select the language and services option.
After a beep, enter the hospital number mentioned in the hospital card (may start with P or N), followed by # on the phone.
The hospital will contact the patient within the next 5 working days.
This service of seeking appointments will be available between 9 AM – 12 PM only on working days, between Monday and Saturday.
Those without a hospital registration number will not be able to avail this service.
