21st of June, 2020 marks as the 6th International Yoga Day. The importance of connecting one’s personal consciousness to the cosmic consciousness through the practise of Yoga has been stressed since time immemorial. Regular practise of Yoga can help bring together the physical and mental disciplines which is achieved through peaceful body and mind.
